After graduates from the International College being admitted to world-renowned schools such as the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, the first batch of graduates from Tunghai University Global Elite Program (GEP) of the College of Management have also achieved outstanding results, with more than ten students being admitted to the top 100 business schools such as University of London and George Washington University in the United States. Tunghai University College of Management Dean Shu-Hang Lee stated that the College was re-certified by AACSB for another five years and has been ranked among the top 5% of global business schools. Currently, the college is partnering with Rutgers University, University of Texas at Dallas, and University of Rhode Island in 2+2 and 3+2 dual-degree programs, aiming to cultivate management talents with global perspectives.

Since the establishment of the Global Elite Program in 2019, the College of Management has launched a number of innovative international courses. Dean Shu-Hang Lee said that the first batch of GEP graduates were admitted to prestigious universities in the UK, the USA and Australia. Namely, University College London, University of Edinburgh, University of Bristol, University of Southampton, Durham University, University of Birmingham, University of Sheffield, University of Nottingham, Lancaster University, University of Bath, and Cranfield University in the UK; the University of California San Diego, University of Washington, Pennsylvania State University, and George Washington University in the United States; and University of Sydney, University of New South Wales, Queensland University, and Monash University in Australia.

Following the success of the International College, the first batch of THU Global Elite Program graduates also achieves impressive results by being admitted to renowned international universities.
Lee highlighted the crucial role of Tunghai University's internationalized education in students' remarkable performance. The university prioritizes developing global perspectives, mobility, and providing a balance of professional and general education. High-performing freshmen from six departments, including Business Administration, International Business, Accounting, Statistics, Finance, and Information Management, can apply for the Global Elite Program. In the first two years, students undergo intensive English-taught core management courses, followed by focused studies in their majors. This prepares them to become global management leaders with specialized knowledge and extensive international mobility.
According to Dean Lee, the Tunghai University College of Management has passed the AACSB international accreditation for another five-year term in February 2023, maintaining its position among the top 5% global business schools. The College is also collaborating with prestigious American universities such as Rutgers University, University of Texas at Dallas, and University of Rhode Island in 2+2 and 3+2 dual-degree programs. The GEP has appointed two general counsellors, together with one counselling faculty member in each of the six departments in the College of Management, to tailor the 2+2, 3+2, and 4+N international learning programs for the GEP students, so that them will shine on the global stage.
