Back-to-school COVID-19 Prevention Announcement

In response to the fast-changing epidemic development, we have taken prevention measures since the end of last semester. With the new semester approaching, this announcement summarizes major information posted across departments on campus for the academic year to come. For more details, visits to the webpages of each individual departments are recommended. Rolling adjustments will be made and announced in accordance with the updates from the Central Epidemic Command Center and the Ministry of Education.

Academic Affairs: The classes start on September 13th, with the first week offering all classes online.

University Entrances: University Gate resumes normal operation on September 27nd.
Second Teaching Area Entrance opens at the following hours:
6:30-9:00am and 15:30-18:00pm on Sept. 1st – 24th
6:30am – 22:30pm on Sept. 25th – 26th

Dormitory: New students check-in: Sept. 25th – 26th
New students health check: postponed
Returning students check-in: Sept. 9th and after
Service hours: 8:00am – 17:00pm daily

Sports Facility: Open to university faculty (including emeriti) and students (excluding alumni)
When using the gym, table tennis room, baseball field, outdoor courts, one must wear a mouth mask, register contact-based personal data, keep social distance, and abide by crowd control measures.
