Office of International Affairs Joins NAFSA Conference to Promote International Cooperation

The NAFSA 2021 Annual Conference was held from June 1st to June 4th. On behalf of Tunghai University, Deputy Chief International Officer Chen-Jui Huang invited Dean James Sims of the International College, Asst. Prof. Yu-Hsin Huang of the College of Arts, Assoc. Prof. Yu-Fen Fu of the College of Management, and Asst. Prof. Yi-Chi Chang of the College of Agriculture to promote international exchange and cooperation through the online meeting. In addition to reviewing existing exchanges and future prospects with our partner universities, the online conference also promotes the understanding of higher education in Taiwan and of Tunghai University within the higher education community around the world.

NAFSA was founded in 1947 as the National Association of Foreign Student Advisers in the USA. Headquartered in Washington DC, NAFSA is currently the largest international non-profit education organization. Its member encompasses over 10,000 professionals from 3500 educational institutions in 150 countries. The theme for the
2021 meeting is “Designing Our Shared Future”.
