Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland (CAA) is the extension of two famous cooking school, bringing new dietary trend to traditional European cuisine, and its pastry and chocolate arts class is different from other all other cooking schools. These programs help strengthen the hands-on cooking courses in THU and also improve student’s oversea learning and living abilities.
The MOU signed between THU, CRCS and CAA will help students in the Department of Hospitality Management to be able to choose Switzerland, which is well-known for its hospitality education, while picking their choice of oversea professional school. At the same time, while students choosing their dual degree program, the internship provided by the local school, which can be oversea, such as Dubai’s five-star hotel, is something that hospitality schools from other countries cannot provide. To THU’s students, the benefits brought by this MOU include degree completion, increase in professional culinary arts skill, internship experience accumulation in globally famous hotels, and improvement in multi-language.
