Tunghai Graduate and Undergraduate Teams Win Double Championships

The graduate student team representing Tunghai consisted of students from the regular MBA program and the GMBA (Global MBA) program. This year, the team won the Championship with a full-ace score in all the competing items. The undergraduate student team consisted of Tunghai business students majoring in three different expertise - Marketing & Digital Business, Service Innovation & Management, and Entrepreneurship & Organizational Leadership. The team members contributed their respective competencies to achieve a complete win over the competition.

The Graduate Championship Team

The Business Administration Department started recruiting team members at the beginning of the semester. After the teams were formed, intensive trainings were carried out including reviewing different analysis tools, taking mock competitions, and experience-sharing from past participants to prepare the students for the game. The team members had a well-built consensus on mutual communication and team work through such trainings. Besides technical trainings, team advisors Profs. Anna Wu and Pei-Shan Hsieh provided the students with professional as well as tactical advice. Special professional consultations were also given by Profs. Chun-Yao Tseng and Sue-Ming Hsu and led to the final success. This year, Prof. Y.T. Jacky Jang of Tunghai University was also invited to become a member of the judging team and to provide advice to the team members.

The Undergraduate Championship Team

The Business Administration Department of Tunghai University has been participating in the game since the competition started. Each year, Tunghai gains good results, experiences, and good friendships from other participating universities. The double Championships this year mark the result of a continuous effort and an unyielding enthusiasm.
