In recent years, communication networks are going through a rapid evolution. Different kinds of networks with different characteristics are emerging and they are integrating in heterogeneous networks. For these reasons, many interconnection problems have occurred at different levels in the hardware and software design of communicating entities and communication networks. These kinds of networks need to manage an increasing usage demand, provide support for a significant number of services, guarantee their QoS, and optimize the utilization of network resources.

On the other hand, P2P, Grid, Cloud and Internet computing technologies have emerged as new paradigms for solving complex problems by enabling large-scale aggregation and sharing of computational, data and other geographically distributed computational resources. Rapid advances are being reported by many researchers and forums as regards understanding numerous issues in such paradigms, from theoretic to application aspects. The continuous development of Internet and the construction of new P2P and Grid and Cloud computing infrastructures are making possible the development of large scale applications from many fields of science and engineering.

The aim of the joint conference is to present innovative research results, methods and development techniques from both theoretical and practical perspectives related to communication networks, P2P, Grid, Cloud and Internet computing. This year, a total of 115 papers are accepted by the two conferences. A total of 155 researchers from all over the world attended this joint conference. Among them, 41 are professors, 3 come from industry, one from government and the remaining is students.
