A team of 7 EMBA students led by Prof. Chi-Si Hwu from Tunghai University visited Dalien University of Technology (DUT) on December 14th -18th, 2016. The four-day classes on the subject of human resource management and case studies were hosted by DUT. Students from both Tunghai and DUT not only discussed on the academic subject in class but also built close relationship among their peer students.

Prof. Hwu, Director of the EMBA program of Tunghai University, said that the 4-day program was a success and the students learned both inside and outside the classroom at DUT. In recent years, the Tunghai EMBA program has been conducting faculty-led study abroad tours around various prestigious universities in China, USA, and Japan.

Being long-time partner institutions, Dalien University of Technology and Tunghai University have been actively organizing academic cooperation and exchange activities. The MBA program at DUT was the first program of its kind in China and has been highly praised. In January 2017, a second group of 9 students from THU again went to DUT for a course in Management of Innovation and Organizational Change, conducted by Prof. Su Jingqin, Dean of DUT Faculty of Management and Economics.
