In order to improve the teaching quality of our instructors and enhance their competitiveness in both online and offline teaching interactions, the Chinese Language Center of Tunghai University is pleased to invite the COOL Chinese team from the Chinese Language and Technology Research Center of National Taiwan Normal University and the Mandarin Language Center team from Chung Yuan Christian University to conduct digital teaching empowerment workshops on August 31, 2023, and September 9, 2023, respectively.

In today's educational landscape, particularly in the realm of Chinese language teaching, digital tools have undeniably become crucial for enhancing students' learning experiences. These tools not only offer greater opportunities for interactive and personalized learning but also foster increased student engagement in the learning process. With the establishment of hybrid classrooms in March of this year, the Chinese Language Center at Tunghai University has embarked on creating an immersive digital teaching environment for both teachers and students.
With the collaboration of two teams, the COOL Chinese team from NTNU and the Mandarin Language Center of CYCU, our goal is to assist our center's Chinese language teachers in exploring more effective ways to integrate digital tools into their teaching methods, ultimately improving both teaching and students' learning outcomes. The workshops have covered topics such as the utilization of the COOL Chinese digital learning platform, the application of the digital tool myViewboard, and on-site teaching implementation and course material design.

It is believed that the Chinese Language Teaching Center of Tunghai University will advance through its collaboration with National Taiwan Normal University and Chung Yuan Christian University. In the field of Chinese language teaching, both domestically and internationally, it is expected to achieve higher quality and establish a new teaching environment, ultimately enhancing teaching quality and promising a bright future.
