According to President Mao-Jiun Wang, the Tunghai EMBA program has cultivated many outstanding managers and talents since it started 21 years ago as the first on-job master’s program in central Taiwan. In recent years, Tunghai EMBA again created the ‘Club 60’ as a lifelong learning community, as well as the ‘Tung Ying Rotary’ to welcome Tunghai faculty, students, and alumni. This newly-launched POST-e program is an EMBA program combining elite courses of the nine colleges of Tunghai University to provide an innovative cross-disciplinary learning model, aiming to enhance work knowledge, strengthen personal connections, upgrade the taste and quality of life, and create winners who are happy to work and live.
President Mao-Jiun Wang gives remarks
Mr. Chou from PwC said that PwC hopes to provide inspiration and ideas to entrepreneurs through it’s global service experiences, not only for the classes, but also for achieving qualitative changes and creating more effective learning.
VP Liang of TeClub said that the over one hundred publicly-listed member companies of TeClub will be able to provide solid experience sharing and exchanges to develop solutions for different business challenges. TeClub will thus better achieve its social responsibilities.

Different from a traditional EMBA program, the POST-e program of Tunghai University focuses on business owners of small and medium-sized enterprises with business experience and knowledge as the primary target. It takes into account the aspects of mindset, knowledge, and skills to expand training and participation through new methods. Through the training, the ability of the students to formulate new strategies and actions opens up new business opportunities.

Major topics in the program are: "Digital Transformation and Organizational Restructuring", "System Thinking and Problem Solving", "Information Application and Intelligent Practice", "Humanism and Sense", "Law Compliance and Social Responsibility", " "Grand History and Management Philosophy", "International Deployment and Benchmarking".
